At The Style Manager, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note returns costs are covered by the buyer.

14-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This gives you ample time to try out the product and decide if it's the right fit for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within this timeframe.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at thestylemanager@hotmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Important: Please do not send the item back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior coordination will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions:

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons. These include earrings, underwear, swimwear, custom products, and hair accessories. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a separate order for the desired item. This ensures a faster and smoother process.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at thestylemanager@hotmail.com.

Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
