About
The Style Manager exists to help women build wardrobes that actually work in real life — wardrobes that feel aligned, flattering, and intentional, not cluttered or trend-driven.
We combine personal styling, professional colour analysis, and wardrobe strategy to create clarity, confidence, and long-term style.
We work in London and online with women who want to simplify how they dress, shop smarter, and stop wasting money on clothes that don’t serve them.
Founded by Lucila
The Style Manager was founded by Lucila, a London-based personal stylist and professional colour analysis specialist.
Lucila trained in fashion and styling at Central Saint Martins and the London College of Fashion, and began her career working backstage at London Fashion Week while building her expertise in wardrobe styling, colour theory, and personal image.
Her approach is rooted in real-life dressing — not trends, not fast fashion, and not overconsumption.
She believes style should support your lifestyle, reflect your individuality, and reduce decision fatigue — not add to it.
Lucila specialises in:
• professional colour analysis
• wardrobe editing and capsule wardrobes
• personal styling strategy
• smart, intentional shopping
• sustainable wardrobe building
She works with women across the UK and internationally to create wardrobes that feel effortless, practical, and built to last.
How The Style Manager Evolved
The Style Manager began in 2016 as a fashion blog focused on mindful style and intentional dressing.
By 2022, it evolved into a curated women’s clothing and accessories platform focused on timeless pieces.
Today, The Style Manager has entered its next chapter: offering bespoke personal styling and professional colour analysis services designed to help women dress with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
We provide styling guidance that helps clients build a wardrobe more sustainably, with practical advice on how to shop consciously and make smarter long-term choices.
Our Philosophy
We don’t believe in shopping more.
We believe in shopping better.
A great wardrobe isn’t about quantity — it’s about alignment:
• colours that flatter you
• silhouettes that suit your body
• clothes that match your real life
• pieces that work together
When your wardrobe is aligned, getting dressed becomes easy.
That’s the system we build.
